I have been suffering from really severe heel pain recently.. it has gotten so bad that I cant walk properly. Has anyone got any suggestions that can help?

    • Is the pain worse first thing in the morning? Does it feel like your feet are really sore and on fire? You could have plantar fascitiis. There a number of different thing that you can try out to help ease it. The most important thing is to make sure that you get rid of the underlining causes.. which are usually things like over pronation when you walk or wearing shoes that do not support your feet properly or are toot tight. Wearing arch support insoles can really help. When I had plantar fasciitis I wore some footReviver insoles which really helped me.

    • Sounds to me you got plantar fasciitis. if I was you I would go to a podiatrist or a foot specialist to get your self checked out. PS, Make sure you go through NHS or else they might try to sell you something that you might not even need like really expensive custom insoles.

    • Do you know what brought on your heel pain? When I got really nasty heel pain it was because I over did it and didn’t stretch properly when I went out running once. Maybe you need better support in your shoes.
