Black lives matter protesters have been found not guilty of criminal damage after tearing down a statue of Edward Colston in Bristol last year during lockdown. Apparently you can do whatever you like now if you are a BLM protestor because the judge has said that it was justified to pull down the statue because it was a hate crime it being there in the first place. Hmmm... does that mean we are allowed to burn down all the mosques that we see now because Mohammad owned slaves too? or tear down Nelson Mandela statues because Nelson Mandela was a convicted terrorist? Probably not.
