What do you think of this video? Do you think this person is misconstruing what Winger was saying? I personally think Winger should've encouraged pushing them towards the giving way of things, to be happy with less, but not to become literally out on the streets. If one considers what was said about "being content with food and clothes"(basic necessities), having that include some form of shelter(whether or not it is lavish or not, to be determined case-by-case lol)... I think this channel might go overboard/too extreme, whereas Winger not extreme enough. What do you think? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SfKBCRJh4k
What's up buttercup: You can be content with just having basic food and clothes but being content in the fact that you have helped others is far better and makes you a richer person. A modern day example would be vegan hippies who think because they dont eat meat, wear recycled clothes, care for the animals and the environment, and may pick and choose the people they do help (i.e minorities) they think they are doing the world good and don't need to do anything else and are content with that so dont strive to do anything else. I'm probably rambling a bit. well thats my take on this anyway.
