There is not a shred of actual scientific evidence to support Matt HanCOCK's suggestion that the new mutation of Covid19 spread faster. Viruses mutate every time they reproduce. Matt Hancock and his team of fake scientists are just using this new "strain" as propaganda. Simple as that.
