I think Trustpilot should be shut down. All it is a place where competitors and angry weirdos go to attack and defame businesses. Trustpilots businesses model is basically an extortion racket whereby you have to pay them and they will remove negative reviews for you if not watch your online reputation go down the pan or at least Trustpilot will do their best to make sure that happens.
